By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

These Terms include provisions covering product use, refunds, warranties, liability, dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver. Please review them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

2. Products for Personal Use Only

QuietPulse and all other products sold by Easier Nights are for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our products. We may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear to be intended for resale.

3. No Medical Advice

QuietPulse is a consumer anti-snoring product designed for nighttime use. It is not a medical device. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. QuietPulse is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. Results are not guaranteed.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for your order.

We ship from our U.S. warehouse. Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days after shipment, with free U.S. shipping. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records the order as delivered.

6. 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind QuietPulse with a 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee. Try QuietPulse for up to 100 nights. If it is not right for you, request a refund by emailing support@easiernights.com. No return is required.

7. Returns and Refunds

To request a refund under the 100-Night Money-Back Guarantee, email support@easiernights.com with your order number. No return is required. Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order or payment, contact Easier Nights first at support@easiernights.com. Our team will review the issue and work to resolve it directly. If a refund has already been issued, the same transaction should not also be disputed through a chargeback.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product designs, and other materials, is the property of Nash Commerce Limited, operating as Easier Nights, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided "as is." Easier Nights disclaims implied warranties. Easier Nights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by contacting Easier Nights will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You and Easier Nights waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing support@easiernights.com within 30 days of your first purchase. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Easier Nights.
